Instructions for Oral & Poster Presenters

General Guidelines

Presentation of the scientific papers in an oral session will be limited to 12 minutes following 3 minute discussion period (15 minutes total). Time limits will be strictly enforced, and speakers should prepare their presentations accordingly. Speakers are encouraged to stay to the end of their session to participate in the discussion

    Oral presentation format is PowerPoint (16:9). and must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room one day in advance of your presentation

E-Poster presentation:

E-posters should be submitted in pptx/ppsx file. 
Please use Widescreen (16:9) for your slides.Τhe orientation of the poster should be horizontal
It is recommended that you use default fonts, such (ex. Arial, Tahoma, Verdana etc.) and size 12-16. 
Please note that each e-poster should be max. 2 slides
